WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY
You can return your items within 30 days of receiving your shipment, provided they are in their original condition: new, unused, unwashed, and unworn. Please note that damaged or used items will not be refunded. There are no charges for returns, and no restocking fees. However, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
How should I return my item/s?
For apparel returns, please use lightweight shipping bags and ensure the items are in their original condition, as damaged or used apparel will not be refunded. When returning bags, remove the bottom panel and place it flat inside the bag, tuck the straps inside, unzip the paddle pocket halfway, and place the fence hook inside. Neoprene bags will be damaged if folded, and damaged bags will not be refunded.
How soon will I get my Refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 working days
